Requirements
4–7 years’ experience in furniture production, custom manufacturing, or workshop operations.
Degree/HND in Architecture, Industrial/Interior Design, Engineering, or related field.
Expertise in technical drawings, cutting lists, and interior fit-out processes.
Strong leadership skills to manage workshop artisans, carpenters, and installers.
Responsibilities
Oversee daily operations in furniture fabrication and finishing.
Interpret technical drawings for design adherence.
Manage quality control for interior installations.
Control material usage, minimize waste, and enforce safety standards.
