Montaigne Place, a leading luxury retail company, is seeking an experienced Aesthetic Doctor to join its team.
Key Responsibilities
This role is responsible for delivering high-quality, non-surgical cosmetic and aesthetic treatments to clients, ensuring the highest standards of care, safety, and client satisfaction.
The role includes conducting consultations, diagnosing skin and aesthetic concerns, administering procedures such as Botox, dermal fillers, chemical peels, and other advanced treatments, and providing aftercare guidance.
The role maintains clinical compliance, supports continuous improvement of service offerings, and upholds the company’s reputation as a trusted leader in the beauty and wellness space.
Additionally, the role ensures that all procedures are performed safely and ethically in line with regulatory requirements and clinic protocols, while fostering client trust, enhancing patient education, and driving repeat patronage through exceptional clinical outcomes and customer experience.
Ensure the safe, ethical, and effective delivery of cosmetic treatments and procedures in line with regulatory standards and clinic protocols.
Drive client trust, repeat patronage, and clinic reputation through excellent clinical outcomes, patient education, and exceptional customer experience.
Conduct thorough consultations, skin assessments, and medical evaluations to determine appropriate aesthetic treatment plans.
Perform advanced aesthetic procedures such as injectables (Botox, fillers), chemical peels, micro-needling, PRP, laser treatments, body contouring, and other non-surgical cosmetic procedures approved by the clinic.
Develop personalized treatment plans tailored to clients’ goals, health history, and skin conditions.
Ensure the highest standards of clinical safety, infection control, hygiene, and regulatory compliance across all procedures.
Provide post-treatment care instructions and follow up with clients to monitor progress and manage expected outcomes.
Maintain detailed and accurate patient documentation in compliance with medical regulations and clinic policies.
Collaborate closely with clinic management, customer service, sales, and marketing to support client education, content creation, and brand positioning.
Develop treatment protocols, SOPs, and service quality standards.
Continuously research emerging technologies, techniques, and global best practices in aesthetic medicine.
Support the training, mentoring, and skill development of aesthetic nurses and clinical support staff.
Handle escalation of complex medical/aesthetic cases and provide professional medical judgment when complications arise.
Represent the clinic professionally during medical events, webinars, and internal/external knowledge-sharing sessions.
Requirements
MBBS degree or equivalent
Postgraduate qualification in Aesthetic Medicine or a related field
Minimum of 3 years of experience in aesthetic medicine
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent clinical skills
Ability to work in a team and independently
