Job Summary
Generate end-user sales leads, increase livestream sales conversion, and drive WhatsApp inquiries and sales through TikTok livestreaming and social media marketing.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and manage TikTok livestream sales activities.
Generate customer leads through TikTok livestreams, short video content, Facebook Ads, TikTok Ads, product demonstrations, and limited-time promotional campaigns.
Drive online direct sales through TikTok Shop, WhatsApp sales conversion, private customer operations, livestream promotions, installment payment campaigns, and community group-buying programs.
Develop livestream scripts and sales strategies, organize livestream product demonstrations and promotional events, and manage livestream operation teams.
Analyze livestream performance data and continuously optimize operations.
Research TikTok trends and competitor livestream strategies.
Generate business opportunities through livestreams and social media by acquiring distributor leads, recruiting community agents, developing installer and engineer partnerships, and expanding distribution networks.
Requirements
Minimum of 2 years' experience in TikTok livestreaming, e-commerce livestream sales, or social media sales.
Strong understanding of TikTok Live operational models.
Experience in mobile phones, home appliances, electronics, solar, renewable energy, or energy storage industries is preferred.
Strong sales mindset with a results-driven attitude.
Excellent communication, presentation, and persuasion skills.
Familiarity with TikTok Shop and online sales processes.
Comfortable appearing on camera and engaging with online audiences.
Ability to manage livestream teams and coordinate sales campaigns.
Familiar with WhatsApp customer conversion and lead nurturing processes.
Strong execution, reporting, and data analysis skills.
