BFI Insights is seeking to engage a highly experienced, strategic, and result-oriented Operations Manager to oversee and optimize the firm’s operational, administrative, business growth and financial coordination activities. The Ops Manager will play a critical leadership role in driving operational excellence, improving internal systems, supporting business expansion, and ensuring execution across the firm’s consulting and training functions.
ROLE PURPOSE
The Operations Manager will oversee the day-to-day operational excellence of BFI Insights and BFI School, ensuring that consulting and training activities are delivered efficiently, professionally, and at a standard befitting a market leader.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
Manage operational processes across consulting, training, and administrative functions.
Coordinate project timelines, resource allocation, and delivery schedules.
Oversee vendor management, office administration, and logistics.
Support financial administration, invoicing, and expense controls.
Implement systems, policies, and process improvements to scale the business.
Support compliance, documentation, and internal controls.
Act as a key liaison between management, consultants, trainers, and support staff.
KEY QUALIFICATIONS & EXPERIENCE
Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Management, or related discipline.
Minimum of 5–8 years of operations or administrative management experience.
Experience in consulting, professional services, or training organizations is an advantage.
